WE LOOK AFTER OUR PEOPLE
& GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY.

Every 3 years we send between 6-10 employees
for First aid Level 3 training to ensure each department
has designated First Aiders.

Every 2 years we send 6 individuals for Health and Safety training to ensure we meet WIETA standards.

Our Tasting Room and Marketing staff also receive marketing and wine related training on a yearly basis to keep up with the various market trends and development in wine.

All employees can apply to do computer courses and we strive to enroll at least 20 employees each year to receive basic computer training. This spans from our grape juice concentrate, wine sector to admin sectors.

Our Chemical storeman receives training each year with
regards to chemical safety standards.

Every 2 years we send 4 individuals for Basic Fire fighting training to ensure that each division has at least one delegate responsible for this.

We empower our employees within the Winery to enrol for their SKOP training as well as further their studies within the winemaking fields should they show an interest and potential.

Overall we diligently promote the furtherment of studies for all our employees and assist them in empowering themselves within the position they are in as well as future positions they might be able to fulfil in future.
